- Personalized Action Plan: Based on our conversation, I will create a step-by-step parenting plan that addresses your immediate challenges and sets clear, realistic goals for your family’s development. This will be tailored to your lifestyle and the way your family functions.
- Ongoing Support: After our initial session, I’ll offer two follow-up 30-minute sessions (spread over the next 2-4 weeks) to help you implement the plan, adjust as needed, and troubleshoot challenges. Additionally, you will have email support between sessions to ask questions or get feedback.
- Continual Adjustments: Parenting is a journey, and so is our work together. As your family progresses, we’ll check in and make adjustments to the action plan to ensure you continue to feel confident in your parenting and see lasting results.

- Initial Session: 60 minutes
- Follow-up Sessions: Two 30-minute sessions (spread over 2-4 weeks)
- Ongoing Email Support: Available between sessions for questions or guidance.
